I can work with clients by phone/mail as well as by appointment in my office. I am also able to travel on location in Ohio to prepare taxes on the spot. I will be happy to provide a quote upfront. I have lower costs than most CPA firms so I am a more cost-effective option for tax preparation and consulting.

For businesses I am able to provide tax, bookkeeping, and consulting services as well as financial statement preparation. As can happen sometimes when utilizing accountants, the books may not be correct until the accountants come in to adjust things. I try to train and set up the bookkeeper to help enter the data better the first time around so it is more useful and timely.  If necessary I can also come in for data entry.

I have noticed that many tax preparers do not fix balance sheet problems before preparing a tax return for a business.  This leads to many missed deductions, double counted income, and many other problems.  I routinely fix errors before I prepare a tax return which can lead to more accurate returns as well as better information that can be used to make business decisions.
